Minerva’s mentor programme now builds on evidence-based research. The programme continues, and today it is also the main activity in an interregional EU project, partnered with a mentoring scheme in Trondheim Municipality, Norway. The Minerva Mentor Programme design has also been successfully implemented in a European mentor project involving 12 countries, part of the Leonardo da Vinci programme.
