Mentoring would seem to be valued and respected within the business community as a strategy for career development and the generation of knowledge. Mentoring relationships evidently have a critical function in a business environment and influences the design of corporate programmes. We have invited companies that use mentoring and networking to examine organisational goals and the positive ripple effects of mentoring.
